Meunier van één perceel in de Champagne
Jérôme Prévost maakt in Gueux Champagne van bijna alleen Meunier, op Les Béguines, 2,2 hectare. Anselme Selosse gaf hem vijf jaar kelder in Avize. Sinds 2018 staat een ecologische kelder bij de stokken, met wilde gisten en weinig ingrepen.

Meunier from a single plot in Champagne
Jérôme Prévost in Gueux makes Champagne from almost only Meunier, on Les Béguines, 2.2 hectares. Anselme Selosse gave him five years of cellar space in Avize. Since 2018 an ecological cellar stands next to the vines, with wild yeasts and few interventions.
