Milieubeweringen op wijn vanaf 27 september 2026
Vanaf 27 september 2026 gelden in Duitsland nieuwe regels tegen groene reclame. Woorden als duurzaam of klimaatneutraal mogen op wijn alleen met een concrete, controleerbare uitleg. Zelfgemaakte groene logo's zijn riskant, het EU-bio-logo blijft toegestaan, en ook flessen die al in de winkel liggen moeten voldoen.

Environmental claims on wine from 27 September 2026
From 27 September 2026 new German rules apply against green advertising. Words such as sustainable or climate-neutral may appear on wine only with a concrete, verifiable explanation. Homemade green logos are risky, the EU organic logo remains allowed, and bottles already on the shelf must also comply.
