Lafite biodynamiek deel 2: dikkere schillen, hormonen en klimaat
Organic Wines Uncorked publiceert deel 2 van het Engelse transcript met Manuela Brando de Lachapelle (DBR Lafite). Het gaat over hormonale regulatie in de bes, dikkere schillen, weerstand tegen botrytis, klimaatadaptatie en de ethische vraag of irrigatie past bij biodynamiek. Resultaten wil Lafite delen via ISVV en de Club des Neuf.
