Boycot wijnen geteeld met herbiciden
Simon J Woolf schrijft op The Morning Claret dat Adam Huss (Beyond Organic Wine) in augustus een boycot startte van alle wijnen die met herbiciden zijn geteeld. Woolf past die boycot toe op de Austrian Single Vineyard Summit in Grafenegg: hij proeft alleen huizen zonder herbiciden, onder meer via biologische, biodynamische of Sustainable Austria-certificering. Herbiciden zoals glyphosaat zijn volgens hem een overbodig en schadelijk shortcut in een luxesector.

Boycott Wines Grown With Herbicides
Simon J Woolf writes on The Morning Claret that Adam Huss (Beyond Organic Wine) launched a boycott in August of all wines grown with herbicides. Woolf applies that boycott at the Austrian Single Vineyard Summit in Grafenegg: he only tastes houses without herbicides, using organic, biodynamic or Sustainable Austria certification where available. Herbicides such as glyphosate are, in his view, an unnecessary and harmful shortcut in a luxury sector.
