Kerasma betekent traktatie in het Grieks — eten, wijn en spirits. Merknaam van een promotieprogramma van de Hellenic Foreign Trade Board, HEPO, onder het Griekse ministerie van Economie en Financiën.
Doel: Grieks voedsel, wijn en gedistilleerd promoten bij importeurs, horeca, chefs, pers en consumenten in het buitenland.
Kerasma means treat in Greek: food, wine and spirits. Brand name of a promotion programme of the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board, HEPO, under the Greek ministry of Economy and Finance.
Aim: promote Greek food, wine and spirits among importers, hospitality, chefs, press and consumers abroad.

De Griekse tafel
Griekse keuken is gezond, eenvoudig en rijk. Inheemse druivenrassen, award-winnende wijnen en extra vierge olijfolie uit familie-percelen horen bij het aanbod. Veel traditionele producten vallen onder Europese herkomstbescherming.
Kerasma verwijst ook naar meze — kleine schotels, de meest conviviale manier van eten in Griekenland.
Greek cuisine is healthy, simple and rich. Native grape varieties, award-winning wines and extra virgin olive oil from family plots belong to the offer. Many traditional products fall under European origin protection.
Kerasma also refers to meze: small dishes, the most convivial way of eating in Greece.
Mediterrane dieet
HEPO koppelt Griekse wijn aan het mediterrane dieet: seizoensgroente, volkoren granen, peulvruchten, kruiden en olijfolie. Producenten investeerden rond 2006 in verpakking en exportrijp assortiment.
HEPO links Greek wine to the Mediterranean diet: seasonal vegetables, whole grains, pulses, herbs and olive oil. Producers invested around 2006 in packaging and an export-ready range.
