La Canopée
Het Wijninstituut meldt proeven met ‘La Canopée’ van Bienesis: een uitschuifbaar doek boven de stokken, te openen via smartphone bij hitte, hagel of vorst. Sensoren en weersvoorspellingen sturen het moment.
Testlocaties o.a. Vosne-Romanée en grand cru Clos de la Roche (2024–2025). Doel: minder verbrande druiven en extreme suikerpieken. Of de techniek binnen AOP-regels past, is nog niet uitgekristalliseerd.
La Canopée
Het Wijninstituut reports trials of Bienesis ‘La Canopée’: retractable cloth above the vines, opened by smartphone for heat, hail or frost. Sensors and forecasts guide timing.
Sites include Vosne-Romanée and grand cru Clos de la Roche (2024–2025). Goal: less sunburn and extreme sugar spikes. Fit with AOP rules is still open.
