Rother River Wine Triangle Tour
De Rother Wine Triangle ligt in Sussex, in Engeland, rond de rivieren Rother, Brede en Tillingham. Zes familiedomeinen werken samen aan bus tours vanaf Robertsbridge station. De reis duurt ongeveer van elf tot zestien uur met lunch en meer dan twaalf wijnen.
Per tour bezoek je drie van de zes huizen, waaronder Oastbrook, Oxney Organic Estate en Charles Palmer. De regio zet in op PDO-status en rijkere stille wijnen op zand en klei. Prijs circa honderddertig pond per persoon, inclusief vervoer vanaf het station.
Alex Taylor beschrijft in juni 2026 hoe de tour wijnclubs en directe verkoop moet versterken. Dat model is in de Verenigde Staten gebruikelijk maar in Engeland nog nieuw op regio-niveau.
Rother River Wine Triangle Tour
The Rother Wine Triangle lies in Sussex, in England, around the rivers Rother, Brede and Tillingham. Six family estates work together on bus tours from Robertsbridge station. The trip lasts about from eleven to sixteen hours with lunch and more than twelve wines.
On each tour you visit three of the six houses, including Oastbrook, Oxney Organic Estate and Charles Palmer. The region aims for PDO status and richer still wines on sand and clay. Price about one hundred and thirty pounds per person, including transport from the station.
Alex Taylor describes in June 2026 how the tour should strengthen wine clubs and direct sales. That model is common in the United States but in England still new at regional level.
