Dom Brial
Château les Fontaines, dat vroeger Mas de Les Fonts heette in het Catalaans, getuigt van het bestaan van bronnen rondom. Gelegen in de gemeente Calce, in het noordoosten van de Pyrénées-Orientales, floreren de wijngaarden in het warme mediterrane klimaat. De wijngaarden van de AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages en Côtes du Roussillon, die worden bewerkt door een groep wijnbouwers, bieden wijnen die de handtekening van hun terroir dragen: de kunst van het wijnbouw is immers ontstaan in de Roussillon, in de achtste eeuw voor Christus !
Sinds 1932 liggen de gedeelde waarden, knowhow en tradities van het wijnbouwerscollectief van Dom Brial aan de basis van schitterende, stralende wijnen die kenmerkend zijn voor hun terroir. Geworteld in de identiteit van de Roussillon, natuurlijke zoete wijnen zijn de rijkdom en het unieke karakter van deze wijnstreek.
Dom Brial
Château les Fontaines, once called Mas de Les Fonts in Catalan, shows that springs exist around it. Set in the commune of Calce, in the north-east of the Pyrénées-Orientales, the vineyards thrive in the warm Mediterranean climate. The vineyards of AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages and Côtes du Roussillon, worked by a group of growers, offer wines that carry the signature of their terroir: the art of winegrowing began in Roussillon, in the eighth century BC.
Since 1932 the shared values, know-how and traditions of the Dom Brial growers collective have been the basis of bright, radiant wines that are typical of their terroir. Rooted in the identity of Roussillon, naturally sweet wines are the richness and unique character of this wine region.
