Montecappone
Montecappone ligt bij Jesi in de Marche in centraal-Italië. Het huis maakt mousserende Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi volgens traditionele methode. Oprichting eind jaren zestig. Sinds 1997 eigendom van de familie Bomprezzi-Mirizzi, ook van Enoteca Tuscolana in Rome. Vierenvijftig hectare wijngaard en twaalf hectare olijfgaarden.
Lage opbrengsten en zorgvuldige druifselectie. Pas Dosé 2018 zestig maanden op gist won goud bij Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025. Extra Brut 2021 drieëndertig maanden won zilver in de gastronomische categorie.

Montecappone
Montecappone is near Jesi in the Marche in central Italy. The house makes sparkling Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi by the traditional method. Founded in the late 1960s. Since 1997 owned by the Bomprezzi-Mirizzi family, also of Enoteca Tuscolana in Rome. Fifty-four hectares of vineyard and twelve hectares of olive groves.
Low yields and careful grape selection. Pas Dosé 2018, sixty months on lees, won gold at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025. Extra Brut 2021, thirty-three months, won silver in the gastronomic category.
