Biodynamisch wijnhuis in San Casciano in Val di Pesa in Chianti Classico in Toscane in Italië. Silvio Messana nam in de jaren negentig de wijngaard van zijn moeder over. Catalina Messana stuurde het domein naar biologische en biodynamische teelt. Sinds 2003 volledig biodynamisch, eerste volledige oogst op inheemse gisten in 2004.
Witte wijnen rijpen in klei-amforen, onder meer skin-contact Tïn van trebbiano toscano en malvasia. Veel experimentele witte wijnen krijgen IGT-label omdat Toscane weinig witte appellaties heeft.

Biodynamic winery in San Casciano in Val di Pesa in Chianti Classico in Tuscany in Italy. Silvio Messana took over his mother’s vineyard in the 1990s. Catalina Messana steered the estate toward organic and biodynamic growing. Fully biodynamic since 2003. First full harvest on native yeasts in 2004.
White wines age in clay amphorae, including skin-contact Tïn from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia. Many experimental white wines take an IGT label because Tuscany has few white appellations.
