Vuurpad
In het Nederlandse Cadier en Keer maken Aimée Paashuis en Pim Martens sinds 2021 uiterst kleinschalige wijn onder de naam Vuurpad. In de wijngaard, midden in hun 0,2 hectare grote voedselbos, groeien druiven in een biodivers ecosysteem. De productie bedraagt momenteel 50 flessen en is toenemend.
Mens en natuur delen de oogst: van das, lijster en wesp tot – minder geliefd – de slakken in 2024. Aangeplante druivenrassen: monarch, cabernet cortis en souvignier gris.

Vuurpad
In Cadier en Keer in the Netherlands Aimée Paashuis and Pim Martens have made extremely small-scale wine under the name Vuurpad since 2021. In the vineyard, in the middle of their 0.2 hectare food forest, grapes grow in a biodiverse ecosystem. Production is currently 50 bottles and is increasing.
People and nature share the harvest: from badger, thrush and wasp to, less welcome, the slugs in 2024. Planted grape varieties: Monarch, Cabernet Cortis and Souvignier Gris.
