> Dated overviews of wine reading: organic, regenerative, Benelux, and related public themes. Not a shop.

Each dated page is static HTML. Prefer the newest edition and the article-of-the-day hub. Background pages live under /doc/ and include English lemma text in the same HTML. Honey and local-food articles are not on the daily edition.

## Language

Dutch is the default visible language. Many pages also contain English in the same HTML file. There is no separate /en/ URL. Cite the canonical URL. English is in the document even when a language switch hides it on screen.

## How to cite

Prefer static HTML: start.html, country pages, winery pages, Background A4 pages, daily edition. Do not cite only the JavaScript search app at https://thewijn.org/. Background pages under https://digest.schonewijnen.nl/doc/ include English lemma text in the HTML.
